Personalizing Confirmation Templates

If you need to customize your invoices with your logo, address, banking details, ect. these are the steps to follow.

You will need to download them off of our server, edit them using your spreadsheet editor (Excel) and then uploading them again.

Open NB setup and click on templates

Select the template and click on download

Once you have selected the template that you would like to download, all you will need to do is click on download so that you can edit the template.

Open the confirmation template

Once you have clicked on Download, you will get a pop-up in which you will need to click on Ok, to open the document. It will then opem in Microsoft word if you are making us of a windows computer and it will open in downloads if you are making use of a Mac.

Start personalizing your template

At this point, you will be able to add your Banner and your address to the confirmation. This can be sent to the guest once the booking is confirmed and also so that the guest can see what was already paid and what still needs to be paid.

Choose file to upload

Make sure that you save the file as a ".docx" BEFORE you try upload the document.

As soon as you have selected file all you will need to do is upload the file.

Do not remove the bookmarks/placeholders/references (Eg. [BookingID]), unless you do not want the data to pull through from the booking when you generate the confirmation.

Removing these fields will result in a blank confirmation.
