If you need to adjust the rates you currently have in NightsBridge, you change them in Step 3 of the NightsBridge Setup.
NightsBridge can only show availability for your property online and enable online bookings for your property for time periods where you have rates entered.
Open the NightsBridge Setup program
Please look at our articles on how to access the NightsBridge Setup if you need more information.
Click on Step 3: Setup Rates
Click on the name of the first room type for which you want to update rates
Click on the name of the first meal plan for which you want to update rates (if there is more than one)
Your existing rates for this room type and meal plan will be displayed for all seasons
Enter new rates for the applicable season(s)
Click on Save
Repeat the above steps to update rates for additional meal plans (if applicable)
When you are finished, click on Save
Repeat the above steps to update rates for other room types (if applicable)
When you are finished, click on Exit
Click on Publish
The change(s) to the rates charged for the various season(s), room type(s) and meal plan(s) will now be successfully updated on the NightsBridge server.
Check your NightsBridge booking form
Select dates to check availability on the NightsBridge booking form for EACH SEASON that you have updated rates for.
Check if the change(s) to the rates charged for the various season(s), room type(s) and meal plan(s) appear on the NightsBridge booking form to confirm that the change(s) have been successfully updated online.
Test that your rates are correct for ALL seasons, room types and meal plans by checking availability for one night in each season and selecting different numbers of guests (e.g. adults and children) to see that the correct prices are displayed.
NB: YOUR RATES ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY --- PLEASE TEST THEM ONLINE TO ENSURE THAT THEY ARE ALL CORRECT.
After you've adjusted any of your rates or seasons, please remember to check your minimum stays and other additional settings.
