When you make changes to your seasons on your NightsBridge setup, your STO rate sheet needs to be updated with new seasonal rates.
This step will ensure that if you've added a new season, you can distribute the new rates via the STO.
Under advanced options, click on STO Rate Sheets
Click on the rate sheet you would like to edit
Scroll down the page to "Room types/ Meal plans available to this ratesheet
Adding one season will add a new rate field on all the room type and meal plan options on the STO.
Make sure you check and update each one of these.
Enter the rate you would like to charge for the new season.
Click "Pull in Rates" in order to automatically populate the discounted rates based off of your RACK rates.
Please check the decimals are correct when adding the new rates.
EG: if the rates is R1500.00 per night, type 1500 and the system will automatically add the decimals-check for accuracy again.
Click on Save
As soon as you have captured all your rates for the new season, make sure to click on save again to go back to the main menu.
Publish your changes
Once you have made all the changes and added the rates to your seasons, all the sites and channels getting that STO will have access to the new rates.
After you have published please go back to the screen to check that the rates have been captured correctly.
