When you make changes to your meal plans on your NightsBridge setup, your STO rate sheet needs to be updated with the new rates.
This step will ensure that if you've added a new meal plan, you can distribute them via the STO.
Under advanced options, click on STO Rate Sheets
Click on the rate sheet you would like to edit
Scroll down the page to "Room types/ Meal plans available to this ratesheet
If you haven't added a new meal plan yet, please click here.
Tick the box for the new meal plan to set the rates.
- Tick the box for the new meal plan.
- Click on set rate to add the rates you would like to offer.
Enter the rate you would like to charge
Please check the decimals are correct when adding the new rates.
EG: if the rates is R1500.00 per night, type 1500 and the system will automatically add the decimals-check for accuracy again.
Click on Save
As soon as you have captured all your rates for the new meal plan make sure to click on save again to go back to the main menu.
Publish your changes
Once you have made all the changes and added the rates to your new meal plan all the sites and channels getting that STO will have the correct rate pushed through correctly.
After you have published please go back to the screen to check that the rates have been captured correctly.
