How can I add a meal plan that does not show online?

You might need to add a meal plan that is not publicly bookable via your RACK rate sheet.

This means that you're able to add a meal plan to NightsBridge that won't be distributed to Own Website and other OTAs (Channels using your RACK rate sheet).

Click on Step 2: Setup Rooms

Click on Room Types

Select Additional Meal Plans

You can choose to sell the room type at different rates for different meal plans (e.g. Bed & Breakfast / Self-catering / Dinner, Bed & Breakfast / Full-board / Room Only).

You can choose not to make this meal plan available on your Own Website.

This setting allows you to choose if you're going to distribute this meal plan online via your RACK rate sheet. This means that you can add meal plans that are not bookable online and will only be made available for manual bookings or on an STO rate sheet.

Don't forget: Once you've added a new meal plan, you'll still need to add your rates.

Not adding your rates will prevent you from publishing the Setup, making this meal plan unavailable.

Click on Save

Return to the main menu of the NightsBridge Setup.

Click on the Menu button on the top left to return to the main menu of the NightsBridge Setup.

Go to Step 3 "Setup Rates"

Select the room that you need to add the rates to the new meal plan

Check to see if you need to add your new meal plan to the STO rate sheet.

If you would like this new meal plan to appear as part of your STO rate sheets, you'll need to add rates for the meal plan in your STO rate sheet. See our tutorial on how edit meal plan rates for STO rate sheets.
