Once your Physical Rooms are listed, you set up your Room Types. Room Types are what guests see when they make bookings on your website and through channels.
Accurate, appealing room type information and content will make it easy for your guests to find what they're looking to book.
First set up your information under Room Type Info and then Room Type Content.

Add your Room Types

If you have an existing listing on Booking.com, use the same room type names on NightsBridge. This way, your room type names are standardised on all channels and easily translated into different languages understood by guests.
- Use a minimum of 8 characters in your room type name.
- Please look at our guidelines on how to create appealing and meaningful room type names if you need more information on this.
- Use quality + type + special feature if possible in the name.
- Choose the Type of Room from the drop down box so that it matches the Room Type Name you created.
- The quantity and type of bed(s) in the room usually determine the Type of Room, e.g. Family Room, Quadruple room.
- The Type of Room can also indicate the unique space e.g. Studio, Apartment, Villa.
- Please look at our article on what each Type of Room means if you need more information on this.
- Select a Room Type Quality from the drop down list to describe the quality of finishes and amenities in the Type of Room.
- Choose a different Room Type Quality for each Type of Room e.g. Standard Double Room, Classic Double Room. This is important for mapping during Onboarding.
