The physical rooms of your property will need to be listed in the NightsBridge Setup.
Once added, you will be able to link these physical Rooms to Room Types that are sold online.
Open the NightsBridge Setup
Should you need guidance, please look at our article on How to access Setup.
Click on Step 2: Setup Rooms
Click on Rooms
Click on Add to create a new physical room
Enter the Room Name
1. Enter the name of the physical room. This could be the name that appears on the door or the key to the room - e.g., 'Room A', 'Blue Room', 'Lily Room').
Do not use a room type name such as 'Single Room' or 'Double Room').
This physical room name will not display online, but will be visible on the NightsBridge Calendar.
2. Click on OK.
Repeat this step until all your rooms are entered.
The new room name(s) will appear at the bottom of the window
Click on Save
Return to the main menu of the NightsBridge Setup
Click on either the X on the top right, or the Exit button to return to the main menu of the NightsBridge Setup.
The new room(s) which you have added will now display in your NightsBridge Calendar after you have closed and re-open the calendar.
Remember that any new room will only become available online once it has been linked to a Room Type.
