The purpose of the Image Management feature allows users to manage their room type, property and banner photos from one central location.
The Image Uploader links directly to the NightsBridge App, giving users the option to add photos from their cellphones.
The pictures added on the Image Uploader will be sent to Airbnb, Booking.com as well as the other sites and channels that you are linked to.
Open the Image Uploader
Please look at our tutorial on How to access the Image Uploader if you need more information on how to do this.
Select Property Photos
When clicking on Property Photos, you can add pictures of the property. These can add photographs of the building, entrance, indoor and/or exterior.
Make sure that you have got photos for all the categories required in the Image Uploader
- Property/building
- Facade/Entrance
- Indoor x4
- Exterior x2
- Views or Landmarks x2
Click on select photo and add the description
To add the picture you will need to:
- Click on Select Photo
- Select the description of the picture you have uploaded
- Click on save.
When adding the photos please make sure that the below requirements are followed:
- Photo sizes must be 1024 x 768
- Minumum of 4 Room Type photos
- Minimum of 10 Property photos
Select the subcategory
Depending on what picture you are uploading you you will need to do is add the subcategory to match the description
Check that the photo has uploaded
Once the image is added and saved, you will be able to continue with the rest. All pictures added on the Image Uploader will reflect on your NightsBridge booking form.
After you've uploaded your photos, you can:
- Rearrange the photos if you want to change the order.
- Delete a photo if you've made a mistake.
