First list your physical rooms for your property in the NightsBridge Setup. Then link them to Room Types to be sold online.
Log into the NightsBridge Setup
Have a look at our tutorial on how to access your NightsBridge Setup.
Click on Step 2: Setup Rooms
Click on Rooms
Click on Add to create a new physical room
Enter the Room Name
Enter the physical name of the room i.e. the name that appears on the door or the key to the room (like Room A, Blue Room, Lily Room) - NOT the name of the room type (like Single Room or Double Room).
This name isn't displayed online. It's only displayed on your NightsBridge Calendar.
Click on OK.
Repeat this step until all your rooms are entered.
The new room name(s) will appear at the bottom of the window
Click on Save
Return to the main menu of the NightsBridge Setup
Click on either the button with the red X or the Exit button to return to the main menu of the NightsBridge Setup.
The new room(s) which you have added will now display in your NightsBridge Calendar when you close and re-open it.
**NOTE**
Remember that the new room(s) will only be bookable online if they are linked to room type(s).
