Booking.com: Managing guest misconduct

Should it be needed, Booking.com provides the ability to report guest misbehaviour and incidents once the guest has arrived. This functionality is also available directly on NightsBridge.

When reporting you will also have the option to request that Booking.com prevents the specific guest from booking at your property via Booking.com.

Report guest misconduct on NightsBridge

Guest misconduct can be reported to Booking.com from the Booking and Payment Status page of the specific booking on NightsBridge.

Once the guest has arrived, a 'Report Guest Misconduct' button will display on the Booking and Payment Status page.

Feature specifics to note:

  • The button will be displayed from at midnight on the day of check-in.
  • The button will be displayed for 7 days after the check-out/departure date.
  • Once a guest has been reported the button will deactivate.
