In order to show the correct information on Booking.com to match your payment gateway settings on NightsBridge, you need to set a prepayment policy on Booking.com.
Set your prepayment policy
- Log in to https://admin.booking.com
- Click on Property > Policies
- Click on your prepayment policy (There could be multiple)
Set your prepayment policies
Select the options to set your prepayment policies
- Choose Yes for "Do you want to charge guests before they arrive?"
- Choose Before free cancellation ends for "When do you want to collect prepayment?"
- Choose Credit card for "How do you want to collect prepayment?"
- Choose how long a refund will take if there is a cancellation. When you are using a payment gateway you will refund the fees via credit card.
- Save.
