How to contact Booking.com for support

Properties who list on Booking.com are supported by a Partner Support team. Contacting Booking.com for support with a query is best done via the Booking.com Extranet.

Guests from Booking.com that stay at your property are supported by a Customer Service team. Guest can reach out to Booking.com using the information provided here on Booking.com

Go to the Inbox tab

Access your Booking.com Extranet

  1. Click on the 'Inbox' tab.
  2. Select 'Booking.com Messages'.

Once in the Inbox, click on See contact options.

A process of topic selections will present to help you find the information you need from within the Booking.com Partner Hub.

Select the relevant topic.

Select the appropriate options presented until you reach the recommended Booking.com Partner Hub articles.

Click on 'See all contact options' below the recommended articles.

Call or message Booking.com Partner Support

Select to either call or message Booking.com Partner Support.

  • If you select to call, a contact number will be provided on-screen.
    Call the number to address your query.
  • If you select to message,
    1. Type in your support query message
    2. Attach any supporting files if needed
    3. Click 'Send message'.

Sent messages and replies from Booking.com

Sent messages will appear at the top of the message list a short while after sending it.

You will be alerted to replies from Booking.com Partner Support via email and/or Pulse app notification.

  • The expected response time will be provided once you send your initial message to Booking.com
  • Replies can also be noted by the red numeric alert on the Inbox tab of your Booking.com Extranet.
