How to request payment for a cancelled WebBeds booking

When a WebBeds booking is cancelled and your cancellation policy applies, you need to contact WebBeds directly to inform them that the cancellation policy is being enforced. This is required to request the payment for the cancellation. NightsBridge does not automatically process payment for cancelled WebBeds bookings.

Information on cancelled booking payments

Since NightsBridge is not sure whether you would like to enforce your cancellation policy for the specific WebBeds booking, we will not automatically process the payment for cancelled booking from WebBeds.

Should you choose to enforce it, WebBeds is expected to honour your cancellation policy.

Gather the booking information

Your request will need to include the following information:

  1. Full guest name
  2. NBID (NightsBridge Booking ID
  3. Arrival and departure dates
  4. WebBeds booking reference

All the relevant booking information can be found within the Booking and Payment Status page of the booking.

Send your payment email request

Compose and email and address it to [email protected].

Here is an email template example to help you.

Dear WebBeds Team,

We would like to inform you that the below booking was cancelled outside of the free cancellation period. In accordance with the agreed cancellation policy, the applicable cancellation fee will apply on this occasion.

  • [WebBeds booking reference]
  • [NBID - NightsBridge Booking ID]
  • [Arrival and departure dates]
  • [Full guest name]

Could you please assist us with updated credit card details so that we may process the cancellation charge accordingly?

We appreciate your assistance and look forward to your confirmation.

The WebBeds team will receive and review your request.

Be advised that the team reviewing these requests may require up to seven business days to finalise the request.

New card details will be issued

Once finalised, WebBeds will respond to you and provide new credit card details.

  • These details can be used to process the payment for the cancellation.
