What do YOU need to do now?
Content, policy and other updates.
- Add and update your content and photos directly on SA Venues.
- SA Venues offers an enquiry option by default. Please respond to these enquiries as quickly as possible.
- Email [email protected] to request removing this option for your listing.
- Manually add any enquiries that turn into confirmed bookings to your NightsBridge calendar.
How booking payments work:
- You pay 15% commission on bookings (includes VAT).
- SA Venues takes a deposit payment from the guest (either 50% or full payment upfront - the guest chooses) and pays this over to you minus their commission on the full amount.
- You will receive the payment within 3 to 5 working days.
- You should get the balance of the payment from the guest directly (if they chose to pay 50%).
- Payment queries to go to SA Venues directly.
