Escape To The Country: How it works

  • Escape To The Country offers accommodation bookings on their website.
Who books here?
  • The public (potential guests) book online. 
How to sign up
  • Please sign up via your NightsBridge Links Manager.
    • Open your Homepage >> Integrations >> Integration Requests Links Manager
  • Bookings can be made via Instant Booking (NightsBridge)
Content: Listings
  • NightsBridge provides Escape To The Country with your content (description and images) as set up on NightsBridge to create your listing. 
  • When your content or photos change, please contact Escape To The Country directly to update your listing. 
  • Escape to the Country takes full payment from the guest and pays the Establishment within 7 days prior to the guest's check-in date, less the agreed commission.
  • If there are any outstanding amounts, the guest will need to settle directly with you.
  • The property needs to refund Escape to the Country.
  • Escape to the Country will refund the guest.
  • South Africa
  • Mozambique
  • ZAR
  • If your currency is not ZAR, you will have to create a STO rate sheet and select ZAR as the currency.
  • You will then need to link the STO rate sheet to the channel via Owner’s Login >> Web Info >> Web Rates.
Commission 15% (excluding VAT)
  • NightsBridge provides your RACK rates, as entered in your NightsBridge setup, to Escape to the Country. 
  • VAT and commission payable to Country Escapes must be included in your rates.
Specials and packages
  • Should you choose to, you can load and link Specials and Packages to Escape to the Country via your NightsBridge setup. 
  • Please note that Specials and Packages rates will also have the 15% commission charged on top of that discount. 
Policies The policies you have set up in NightsBridge are automatically applied to bookings made via Escape to the Country:
  • Deposit policy
  • Cancellation policy
  • Child policy
  • Minimum length stay
How to cancel your link
  • Contact NightsBridge if you would like to cancel your link to Escape to the Country.
