• EasyOTA offers accommodation bookings on their website.

• The public (potential guests) book online.

• Please sign up directly with EasyOTA.

• Bookings can be made via instant Booking (NightsBridge).

• You will need to provide EasyOTA with your content (descriptions and images) so that they can create your listing.
• When your content or photos change, please contact EasyOTA directly to update your listing.

• The deposit is taken by EasyOTA. 
• EasyOTA deducts the deposit for the booking and pays it over to the property, less their commission. 
• The property needs to invoice EasyOTA in order to get paid. 
• All payment related queries should go to EasyOTA directly.

• The property needs to refund EasyOTA directly. 
• EasyOTA will refund the guest.

• Currencies as set up in NightsBridge.

• Commissions start at 7.5% on a sliding scale down to 5.0% (Incl VAT) depending on turnover.
• EasyOTA invoices properties directly for commission,  depending on their Payment Provider.
  

• NightsBridge provides your RACK Rates as entered in your NightsBridge Setup to EasyOTA.
• VAT and commission payable to EasyOTA must be included in your rates.

• Should you choose to, you can load and link Specials and Packages to EasyOTA via your NightsBridge Setup.
• Please note that Specials and Packages rates will also have commission charged on top of the discount.
