How to sign up

- Please sign up directly with Litchi Hospitality.

Bookings |
- Bookings can be made via instant Booking (NightsBridge).
|
Content: Listing
|
- Contact Litchi Hospitality to load/change your content.
|
Payments |
- Payment is made at the time of booking by credit card via your payment gateway linked to your Litchi Booking Engine. (Not compatible with PayBridge).
- If there are any outstanding amounts, the guest will need to settle directly with you.

Refunds
|
- Each property needs to refund their guest directly.
|
Commission |

Rates
|
- NightsBridge provides your RACK Rates as entered in your NightsBridge Setup to Litchi Hospitality.

Specials and packages |
- Should you choose to, you can load and link Specials and Packages via your NightsBridge Setup.

Policies |
The following policies you have set up in NightsBridge are automatically applied to bookings made via Litchi Hospitality:
- Cancellation policy
- Minimum length stay
- Minimum advance stay
The following polices are set up on Litchi Hospitality directly:
- Child Age groups 0-3 and 4-12 can only be accommodated
- Child rates
- Deposit policy
- Cleaning and additional fees
