Travel Counsellors consists of independent travel agents and advisors who all belong to, and book via, the head office. Their clientele is mostly corporate, however, leisure travellers are not uncommon.
What do YOU need to do now?
- There's nothing extra for you to do in order to maintain this channel apart from keeping your NightsBridge system up to date.
How booking payments work:
- Payment will come through NightsBridge via our CAPS system. See our tutorial on how CAPS works.
- Travel Counsellors head office makes payment to you on the day of guest arrival.
- Travel Counsellors' commission (15% / 20%) will be deducted from the payment made to you.
