How to process a WebBeds booking payment using new credit card details

Should you request and receive reactivated or new credit card details from WebBeds, you need to process the payment using the new credit card details.

This tutorial will guide you on how to process the credit card payment using the new credit card details provided by WebBeds.

Create the payment link

NightsBridge has a secure Corporate/Channel Payment link that you can use, along with the credit card details received from WebBeds, to process the payment.

The default link needs to be updated to make it specific to your WebBeds booking.

Copy this link and paste it in your browser (don't click 'Go' or 'Enter' just yet).

Within your browsers address bar, update the link by:

  1. replacing the 'xxxxx' with your NightsBridge BBID
  2. replacing the 'yyyyyyyy' with the NBID of the booking

Process the payment

  1. Use your internet browser to go to the link you've updated.
    • It will direct you to our secure Corporate/Channel Payment page.
  2. Use the credit card details provided by WebBeds to complete the form and process the payment.

NightsBridge Pay will process the transaction, hold back the commission due and pay you out.
