SA Places: What to do now that you are live

What do YOU need to do now?

  • Setup and update your content, deposit policy, cancellation policy and/or child policy directly on SA Places. NightsBridge only updates your rates and availability.
  • Have large photos (800 pixels wide) and respond to booking enquiries quickly to have your property rank higher on search results.
  • SA Places offers and enquiry option by default. Please respond to enquires as quickly as possible.

How booking payments work:

  • When you receive bookings from SA Places, payment for the deposit comes through the PayBridge Credit card system. We process payment and pay it over to you less the booking and card commissions.
  • Once we have taken payment it usually takes 48 - 72 hours for payment to be made to you.
  • Charges deducted:
    • 15% commission for SA Places.
    • Credit card commission (2.85%) and bank transfer fee (R3.25).
  • Breakdown of payment received can be found in your Payment Recon on Owner's Login.
