Avante Hospitality is an OTA that focuses only on two segments of the hospitality market - niche markets and closed user groups. Properties thus receive exposure only within the local South African market. Only properties listed with Avante Hospitality are showcased on their platforms.

Who books here?
  • The public who are affiliated to the user groups can book online.
How to sign up
  • Open your Homepage >> Integrations >> Integration Requests Links Manager
  • Tick Avante Hospitality to request the link.
  • Once Avante Hospitality has created your listing, they will receive your rates and availability for real-time bookings through NightsBridge.
Bookings
  • Bookings can be made via instant Booking (NightsBridge).
Content: Listing
  • NightsBridge provides Avante Hospitality with your content (descriptions and images) as set up on NightsBridge to create your listing.
  • When your content or photos change, please contact Avante Hospitality directly to update your listing.
Payments
  • The deposit is taken by Avante Hospitality.
  • Avante Hospitality take payment from the guest and pays it over to the property within 3 to 5 working days prior to guest arrival, less their commission.
  • All payment related queries should go to Avante Hospitality directly.
Refunds

  • The property needs to refund Avante Hospitality directly.
  • Avante Hospitality will refund the guest.

  • Namibia
  • Accepts your local currency or ZAR
Commission
  • 15% (excluding VAT)
Rates
  • NightsBridge provides your RACK Rates as entered in your NightsBridge Setup to Avante Hospitality.
  • VAT and commission payable to Avante Hospitality must be included in your rates.
Specials and packages
  • Should you choose to, you can load and link Specials and Packages to Avante Hospitality via your NightsBridge Setup.
  • Please note that Specials and Packages rates will also have the 15% commission charged on top of the discount.
Policies

The policies you have set up in NightsBridge are automatically applied to bookings made via <insert channel name>

  • Deposit policy
  • Cancellation policy
  • Child policy
  • Minimum length stay
How to cancel your link
  • Contact NightsBridge if you would like to cancel your link to Avante Hospitality.
