Inside Guide: How it works

About
  • Inside Guide offers accommodation bookings on their website. There are two ways you can be linked. Payments and commissions vary depending on the listing option you chose when listing with them.
Who books here?
  • The public (potential guests) book online.
How to sign up
  • Please sign up directly with Inside Guide.
Bookings
  • Bookings can be made via instant Booking (NightsBridge).
Content: Listing
  • You will need to provide Inside Guide with your content (descriptions and images) so that they can create your listing.
  • When your content or photos change, please contact Inside Guide directly to update your listing.
Payments
  • Payment is made by credit card via PayBridge at the time of booking. 
  • If there are any outstanding amounts, the guest will need to settle directly with you.

OR

  • The property takes payment from the guest directly according to your NightsBridge deposit settings. 
  • Inside Guide will invoice you directly for commission.
Refunds

  • The property needs to refund PayBridge.
  • PayBridge will refund the guest.
Countries/Currencies
  • South Africa only.
  • ZAR only.
Commission

15-20% (including VAT)

Rates
  • NightsBridge provides your RACK Rates as entered in your NightsBridge Setup to Inside Guide.
  • VAT and commission payable to Inside Guide must be included in your rates.
Specials and packages
  • Should you choose to, you can load and link Specials and Packages to Inside Guide via your NightsBridge Setup.
  • Please note that Specials and Packages rates will also have the 10% commission charged on top of the discount.
Policies

The policies you have set up in NightsBridge are automatically applied to bookings made via InsideGuide:

  • Deposit policy
  • Cancellation policy
  • Child policy
  • Minimum length stay
How to cancel your link
  • Contact NightsBridge if you would like to cancel your link to InsideGuide.
