GuestRevu: How it works

NightsBridge integrates with GuestRevu. GuestRevu is an online reputation management tool which collates reviews from other review site and allows you to track competitors' online reviews.  GuestRevu also enables you to send customised surveys directly to guests.

GuestRevu LITE is a free product which provides a limited version of some of this functionality.

How do GuestRevu surveys work with NightsBridge?

  • Properties who subscribe to GuestRevu trigger surveys manually to guests.
  • If you link to GuestRevu through NightsBridge, post-stay surveys can be sent automatically to guests after their visit using your NightsBridge booking information.
  • The ability to customise your branding and survey content and have guests reply in their choice of language are standard GuestRevu features.
  • You receive alerts in your GuestRevu Dashboard and an email when surveys are completed. This is also standard GuestRevu functionality.

How does GuestRevu reputation management work with NightsBridge?

  • The standard features of GuestRevu's reputation management and reporting apply if you link to GuestRevu through NightsBridge.

How do I activate GuestRevu?

  • To opt-in to this service, you can request the link to GuestRevu through your Links Manager in the Owner's Login.
  • Please look at our article on how to use the Links Manager if you need more information on how to do this.
  • You can link multiple properties under one user login in GuestRevu if you manage several properties.
  • If you link multiple properties you will have a group dashboard showing all the properties' data as well as individual dashboards per property.
