Travel Counsellors is a group of interdependent travel agents and agencies. As members, agents have access to book accommodation, fights and car hire with Travel Counsellors ongoing support.

• The agent who books on behalf of their client, using the Travel Counsellors' booking system.

• Open your Owners Login >> Links >>  Links Manager  
• Tick Travel Counsellors (Corp20) to request the link.
• Once we have enabled your link, Travel Counsellors will retrieve your property info from NightsBridge. You will then be bookable.

• Bookings are all instant via NightsBridge.

• Travel Counsellors uses our content as added by each property. 
• Changes made on your NightsBridge takes 24 hours to update.
  

• The agent pays Travel Counsellors who will then pay you via CAPS.
• Bookings are normally paid on a Friday for all arrivals during that week.
• At the time of payment, CAPS generates the invoice made out on behalf of the property to Travel Counsellors. These invoices are stored in your Owners Login >> Payments >> CAPS.
• If there are any outstanding amounts, contact the agent to arrange payment or the agent will tell you that the guest must settle directly with you.

• The property needs to refund Travel Counsellors.
• Travel Counsellors will refund the agent.

• South Africa only.
• ZAR only.

• 20% (including VAT)
  

• NightsBridge provides your RACK Rates as entered in your NightsBridge Setup to Travel Counsellors.
• VAT and commission payable to Travel Counsellors must be included in your rates.

• Corporate allowances are not enabled for Travel Counsellors.

• Should you choose to, you can load and link Specials and Packages to Travel Counsellors via your NightsBridge Setup.
• Please note that Specials and Packages rates will also have the 20% commission charged on top of the discount.

The policies you have set up in NightsBridge are automatically applied to bookings made via Travel Counsellors:

• Cancellation policy
• Child policy
• Minimum length stay
