• Discovery Vitality members can make leisure bookings by logging into their Discovery Vitality account and making a booking through the TravelIT booking engine.

• Open your Homepage >> Integrations >> Integration Requests Links Manager
• Tick TravelIT Discovery Vitality to request the link.
• Once your listing has been created, they will receive your rates and availability for real-time bookings through NightsBridge.

• NightsBridge provides Discovery Vitality (Travel IT) with your content (descriptions and images) as set up on NightsBridge to create your listing.
• When your content or photos change, please contact Discovery Vitality (Travel IT) directly to update your listing.

• Guests to settle any extras directly with you.

• The property needs to do a refund via Paybridge on the booking they received.
• Once the money is returned to TravelIT, TravelIT will refund the guest.

• Commission is capped at 25%.
• Booking and payment will be made on the net rate i.e. 75% of the booking total.
• Card fees of 2.5% will only be charged on the net amount of accommodation.
   

• Bookings are made on the net rate (Rack less 25%).
• VAT and commission payable to Discovery Vitality must be included in your rates.

• If you could like to, you can load and link Specials and Packages to Discovery Vitality via your NightsBridge Setup.
• Please note that Specials and Packages rates will also have the 25% commission charged on top of the discount.

• Cancellation policy
• Child policy
• Minimum length stay
