• TravelIT is a B2B booking system which interdependent travel agents and agencies can access and book via. 

• The agent who books on behalf of their corporate client, using TravelIT's booking system.

• Open your Owners Login >> Links >>  Links Manager  
• Tick TravelIT to request the link.
• Once we have enabled your link, TravelIT will retrieve your property info from NightsBridge. You will then be bookable.

• Bookings are all instant via NightsBridge.

• TravelIT does not accept Campsite room types
• TravelIT uses our content as added by each property. 
• Changes made on your NightsBridge takes 24 hours to update.

• All TravelIT payments can only be processed on the day of departure.

• NightsBridge will invoice TravelIT on your behalf.

• TravelIT will send you an email with the voucher to process payment once a booking has been confirmed. 
• If you do not receive the email you can download the voucher yourself. Please look at our article how to download a TravelIT voucher if you need more information on this.

• The property needs to refund TravelIT.
• TravelIT will refund the agent.

• South Africa.

• 10% (including VAT)

• NightsBridge provides your RACK Rates as entered in your NightsBridge Setup to TravelIT.
• VAT and commission payable to TravelIT must be included in your rates.

• Corporate allowances are enabled for TravelIT.

• Should you choose to, you can load and link Specials and Packages to TravelIT via your NightsBridge Setup.
• Please note that Specials and Packages rates will also have the 10% commission charged on top of the discount.

The policies you have set up in NightsBridge are automatically applied to bookings made via TravelIT

• Deposit policy
• Child policy
• Minimum length stay

By opting in to TravelIT, you agree to a flexible cancellation policy.

• If a booking is cancelled within 24 hrs of check-in, the property will need to forfeit 100% of the first night stay.
• If a booking is cancelled within 36 hrs of check-in, the property will need to forfeit  50% of the first night stay.
