Discovery Vitality (TravelIT)

All Discovery Vitality members with an active Vitality membership are awarded exclusive deals through the Vitality Hotel Collection.

You will need to be linked to TravelIT in order to take bookings through Discovery Vitality.

How bookings work

The option to book through this channel is only available to Discovery Vitality members. Members can make leisure bookings by logging into their Discovery Vitality account and making a booking through the TravelIT booking engine.

TravelIT Discovery bookings are synchronized with your calendar (PMS) which NightsBridge notifies you with a booking notification email and SMS.

All TravelIT Discovery bookings are confirmed bookings. Payment will be automatically processed by the day of departure, by processing TravelIT Discovery virtual card

How commission works.

  • Commission is capped at 25%.
  • Booking and payment will be made on the NETT rate (i.e. 75% of the booking total).
  • Card fees of 2.5% will only be charged on the nett amount of accommodation.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies

Nightsbridge will swipe the accommodation total as shown on the booking.

You will be paid on the day of departure or shortly thereafter, in some cases, your booking can be prepaid directly with Discovery Vitality.

When you receive a booking through Discovery Vitality, NightsBridge will swipe the card on the day of departure and pay the NETT amount over to you within 2 working days.

NightsBridge will swipe for the accommodation amount. Guests to settle any extras directly with you.

Cancellations:

Should the guest wish to cancel their booking, they will do so through the TravelIT system which they booked on. If a cancellation fee is due, it will have to be handled directly with TravelIT.
