Discovery Vitality (TravelIT): Booking process

All Discovery Vitality members with an active Vitality membership are awarded exclusive membership deals through the Vitality Hotel Collection. Members can make leisure bookings through their Discovery Vitality account.

Eligibility for bookings

  • The option to book through this channel is only available to Discovery Vitality members.
  • You will need to be linked to TravelIT in order to take bookings through Discovery Vitality.

Booking process

  • Discovery Vitality members will log into their Discovery Vitality account.
  • Members will make their booking with Discovery Vitality, managed through the TravelIT booking engine.
  • You will receive a booking notification email and SMS from NightsBridge.
  • Discovery Vitality bookings are synchronised with your calendar.

Booking confirmation

  • All TravelIT Discovery bookings are confirmed bookings. You will receive a voucher via email with each booking.

Booking cancellations

  • If the guest needs to cancel their booking, they do this through their Discovery Vitality account.
  • You will receive an email from NightsBridge informing you the booking has been cancelled.
  • If a booking has been cancelled , please follow your usual process for booking cancellations in your calendar. Our articles on cancelling bookings can give you more information if you need it.
  • If a cancellation fee is due, Handle directly with TravelIT.

Booking amendments

  • If there are any amendments after the online booking was made, you can call 087 742 0272 or 011 790 0000 and ask to speak to Candice or Ashika.
