TravelIT: How to download a voucher

TravelIT will send you an email with the voucher to process payment once a booking has been confirmed. Bookings are usually confirmed by TravelIT within 24-36 hours of being made.

Should you not receive the email, you can download the voucher as well.

Search for the booking ID on the Main Menu

  1. Click on the menu icon (three lines) on the blue side bar to the left of the screen.
    The Main Menu will expand.  
  2. Type in the NightsBridge booking ID (NBID) in the search bar.
  3. Click 'Go'.
  • The booking and payment status for that booking will open.
  • Under the Heading 'Payment Transactions' click the button 'Click here for Voucher'.

Voucher instructions

  • The voucher will show the selected payment option and which extras may be included in the booking.
  • There will be instructions to guide you in processing the payment.
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the voucher.
  • Click on 'Here' (blue text) to process payment for the booking.
