TravelIT: How to download a voucher

TravelIT will send you an email with the voucher to process payment once a booking has been confirmed. Bookings are usually confirmed, by TravelIT, within 24-36 hours of being made.

If you do not receive the email you can download the voucher yourself.

Log into the NightsBridge Owner's Login (WebView)

  • Please look at our articles on how to access your Owner's Login if you need more information on this.

Open the booking

  • Open your Webview Booking Calendar.
  • Click on the booking you need the voucher for.

Click for Voucher

  • On the booking details, Click for Voucher.
  • The voucher will open.

Voucher instructions

  • The voucher will guide you on how to process payment.
