Travel with Flair (TWF): Refunds

TWF will notify you directly if the guest needs to cancel their booking and whether or not a refund is due.

The information in this article is applicable to:

  • Travel with Flair (TWF) Cape Town
  • Travel with Flair (TWF) Pretoria (Government bookings)
  • Travel with Flair (TWF) Rivonia (Johannesburg)

Cancellations

  • The TWF consultant will action the cancellation request via their NightsBridge system. This will let you know via email and SMS about a pending cancellation request.
  • If the cancellation is last-minute, the TWF consultant will phone you regarding it.
  • Make sure you cancel the booking on your calendar as soon as you have dealt with the cancellation/refund so this unit can be sold online again.

Refunds

  • Refunds should not be a common occurrence because bookings are paid after the departure date.
  • If there is situation where a refund is due, your cancellation policy will apply. You can decide how strict you want to be regarding applying your policy depending on the specific corporate booking with you and the relationship you want to establish with them.
  • If there are any refunds due to the guest and you received the payment for the booking, the refund needs to be paid directly to TWF and TWF will refund the guest.
