• Thompsons Corporate Travel is a group of interdependent travel agents who deal primarily with business travel.
  

• The agent who books on behalf of their client, using the AgentBridge booking system.

• Open your Owners Login >> Links >>  Links Manager  
• Tick Corporates and Agents 15 (Corp15) to request the link.
• Once we have enabled your link, Thompsons Corporate Travel will retrieve your property information from NightsBridge. You will then be bookable.

• Bookings are all instant via NightsBridge.

• Thompsons Corporate Travel uses our content as added by each property. 
• Changes made on your NightsBridge take 24 hours to update.
  

• The agent pays Thompsons Corporate Travel who will then pay you via CAPS.
• Payment is made via CAPS based on the departure date of the booking.
• At the time of payment, CAPS generates the invoice made out on behalf of the property to Thompsons Corporate Travel. These invoices are stored in your Owners Login >> Payments >> CAPS.
• If there are any outstanding amounts, contact the agent to arrange payment or the agent will tell you that the guest must settle directly with you.

• The property needs to refund Thompsons Corporate Travel.
• Thompsons Corporate Travel will refund the agent.

• South Africa only.
• ZAR only.

• 15% (including VAT)
  

• NightsBridge provides your RACK Rates as entered in your NightsBridge Setup to Thompsons Corporate Travel.
• VAT and commission payable to Thompsons Corporate Travel must be included in your rates.

• Corporate allowances are bookable through Thompsons Corporate Travel.

• Should you choose to, you can load and link Specials and Packages to Thompsons Corporate Travel via your NightsBridge Setup.
• Please note that Specials and Packages rates will also have the 15% commission charged on top of the discount.

The policies you have set up in NightsBridge are automatically applied to bookings made via Thompsons Corporate Travel:

• Cancellation policy
• Child policy
• Minimum length stay

As these are corporate bookings, please be lenient with your cancellation terms.
