Here is some guidance on what to do if your TravelIT payment has failed.

If you have tried to process a TravelIT payment and it has failed, please follow these steps:

  1. Remember that payment is guaranteed.
  2. Don't escalate the failed payment to NightsBridge or TravelIT immediately.
  3. Retry the payment in 24 to 36 hours.
  4. If the payment fails again, reach out to NightsBridge who will be able to assist you.
