TravelIT payments can only be processed on the day of departure, once you action the payment request. NightsBridge will send you a daily email reminder to process payments if you have not done so.
Pre-payments are not possible.
Payment options with TravelIT
These are the different payment options for TravelIT. The payment option is indicated on the voucher used to confirm the booking.

Using the payment site for the first time?
If its your first time using the TravelIT payment site, you'll need to complete a short registration.
Trouble logging in?
If you have recently cleared your cookies and cache on your browser (browser history), are using a different browser than the last time, or a different computer, you will need to register again. This can also occur after software updates on your computer.
You will need to register if this is your first visit to the TravelIT payment site.
- Complete the short form by entering your:
- first name.
- last name.
- mobile number - must be a South African number to receive SMS
- email address.
- ID number.
- Click on 'Request One Time Pin'.
Don't click on 'Username and Password Login'. This is not an access point used by properties.

Once you have received the OTP:
- Enter the OTP (one-time pin) making sure there are no spaces
- Click on the button 'Login with Pin' - don't press enter on your keyboard
If you press 'Enter' on your keyboard after you type the One Time Pin into the field, this will send another One Time Pin which will make the current pin invalid. This is why you need to click the button.

How to process the payment on day of departure
Processing payment for a TravelIT booking can be complete in various ways.
Select your most convenient option.
- Click the words that say "Click here for payment" on the email.
The email is sent from [email protected].

The voucher confirming the TravelIT booking has a link on it. When clicked, you will be directed to the TravelIT payment page - you may need to scroll down to see the link.

Click on the hyperlinked text 'HERE' to go to the payments page.

Fill in the payment page
The amount that is authorised on the voucher will automatically be filled in on the payment page.
- You can add in the amounts for the accommodation, parking or extras that have been sent on the voucher.
- This can also be done if the agent asked you to add dinner or an extra that was not authorised on the voucher.
- If there is no parking or extras to be charged, input 0 into the those fields.
- Enter the 'Invoice Total' amount.
- Click the 'Pay Now' button.
If the voucher isn't available for payment yet, an alert will pop up towards the bottom of the page with the date that it will be available.
Re-attempt payment on that date.

Payments processed by NightsBridge Pay
- NightsBridge Pay will swipe the corporates credit card and pay you out within 24-48 working hours. TravelIT uses NightsBridge Pay to process payments their.
- NightsBridge Pay deducts the following charges from the payment:
- 10% admin fee plus credit card, and bank transfer fees.

How invoicing works
- NightsBridge will generate an invoice on your behalf and send it to TravelIT.
