• Properties who opt into the Corporates and Agents 20 marketing group will be linked and bookable via the NightsBridge booking tool/integration with that travel agent/company.

• Open your Owners Login >> Links >> Links Manager
• Tick Corporates and Agents (Corp 20) to request the link.
• Once you have opted in, your property will be available to be booked through the NightsBridge via the various corporate agents.

• Your NightsBridge content from the booking form is displayed in the NightsBridge booking tool.
• Any content updates made on your NightsBridge system will reflect immediately.

• Payment method vary depending on the company or agent.
• By opting in, you agree to flexible payment and cancellation terms.
• Payment could be via the CAPS batch system, PayBridge (credit card), pre-paid or bill-back according to terms. 

• Properties must not refund the guest directly.
• The property needs to refund the agent, who will refund their client.

• NightsBridge provides your RACK Rates as entered in your NightsBridge Setup to the booking tools.
• VAT and commission payable must be included in your rates.

• Should you choose to, you can load and link Specials and Packages to these websites via your NightsBridge Setup.
• Please note that Specials and Packages rates will also have the 20% commission charged on top of the discount.
