TravelIT: What to do now that you are live

TravelIT is the corporate division of the Tourvest Brand and is used by agents who book on behalf of corporates and government departments in South Africa.

What do YOU need to do now?

  • Bookings from TravelIT will either be confirmed or cancelled within 24hrs of landing in your NightsBridge calendar.
    • If cancelled, you will need to remove the booking from your calendar manually -- unless you are using our cloud-based calendar, BridgeIT.
  • You need to manually request payment for each booking on day of departure.

How booking payments work:

  • You pay 10% commission on bookings (inclusive of VAT).
  • On the check-out day, you need to click on the payment link on the voucher to submit the final amount. Payment can not be actioned before you process the voucher.
  • The payment process will be displayed on the voucher under Billing information.
    • Option 1: NightsBridge Settles Room and Specified Allowances (named on the voucher) Most frequent option being used.
    • Option 2: NightsBridge settles room and Allowances (any extras the guest used).
    • Option 3: NightsBridge settles Long Stay. You can claim payment every week including the allowances specified on the voucher.
  • You get paid by NightsBridge the day after the guests' departure.
