• Travel agents book on behalf of their clients.

• Open your Owners Login >> Links >> Links Manager
• Tick Hotelzon to request the link.
• Once Hotelzon has created your listing, they will receive your rates and availability for real-time bookings through NightsBridge.

• Bookings are made on Hotelzon and are instant Bookings (NightsBridge).
• The NightsBridge chain code is TU.
• The booking source will be Hotelzon.
• You are able to find the details of the agent who booked in the NighstBridge booking notes.

• Hotelzon does not accept Campsite room types
• NightsBridge provides Hotelzon with your content (descriptions and images) as set up on NightsBridge to create your listing.
• When your content or photos change, please contact Hotelzon directly to update your listing.Hotelzon Hotelzon 

• Payments are managed either through PayBridge or through bill back to the agent.
• Please look at our article on Hotelzon payments if you need more information.

If payment was taken automatically through PayBridge:

• The property needs to refund PayBridge.
• PayBridge will refund the guest.

If payment was made through bill back to the agent:

• The property needs to refund the agent. 
• The agent will refund the guest.

If payment is taken automatically through PayBridge:

• You pay 15% (including VAT) commission per booking.

• You pay R200.00 fee per booking.

• NightsBridge provides your RACK Rates as entered in your NightsBridge Setup to Hotelzon.
• VAT and commission payable to Hotelzon must be included in your rates.

The policies you have set up in NightsBridge are automatically applied to bookings made via Hotelzon:

• Deposit policy
• Child policy
• Minimum length stay
• Hotelzon has a default cancellation policy of 30 days before arrival a full period of stay to be forfeited.
