Club Travel Corporate: How it works

NightsBridge links to Club Travel Corporate through Corporates and Agents (Corp 15) on the Links Manager.

About
  • This business-to-business integration is used by the Club Travel Corporate's agents and corporate clients.
  • This is a different channel to Club Travel Franchise
  • Club Travel Corporate has integrated NightsBridge into their booking system called NexCT. 
Who books here?
  • The Club Travel Corporate agents who book on behalf of their clients, using Club Travel Corporate's in house booking system, NexCT.
How to sign up
  • Contact NightsBridge if you would like to link your property to Club Travel Corporate.
  • Once NightsBridge has enabled your link, you will be bookable.
Bookings
  • All bookings are instant via NightsBridge.
  • The booking process with Club Travel Corporate has two steps:
    • The agent makes a booking for accommodation and corporate allowances in the Club Travel Corporate system, NexCT, which NightsBridge will add to your PMS or calendar.
    • The booking will either be confirmed or cancelled by Club Travel Corporate's travel manager within 24 hours of being made.

Booking modifications
  • PayBridge transacts the lodged card for the original booking amount only. 
  • If a Club Travel Corporate booking is modified in a way that impacts the booking total (e.g. dates, extras), then both the voucher and invoice need to be amended.
  • The way in which the voucher and invoice are amended depends on whether the guest has checked in or not and if the change is going to result in a partial refund or additional payment.

Content: Listing
  • Club Travel Corporate uses NightsBridge content as added by each property. 
  • Changes made on your NightsBridge listing will take 24 hours to update on Club Travel Corporate's side.
Payments
  • Club Travel Corporate bookings are confirmed when a voucher is received. 
  • Payment is handled through PayBridge on the day of departure.
  • Payment will be transferred to you(less Club Travel Corporate's commission and the PayBridge charges) 2 days after departure.

Invoicing
  • NightsBridge generates the invoice made out on your behalf to the corporate and sends it to Club Travel Corporate.
  • This invoice is recorded in your Payments >CAPS.
  • The property must invoice Club Travel directly for any outstanding amounts.
Vouchers
  • A voucher will be issued and sent to you via email after Club Travel Corporate's travel manager has confirmed the booking.
  • If Club Travel Corporate voucher has not been issued within 24 hours of the booking been made, you may cancel the booking.
Refunds

  • You must do the refund to PayBridge.
  • PayBridge will then refund the corporate's card.
Countries/Currency
  • South Africa only.
  • ZAR (South African Rand) only.
Commission
  • 15% (including VAT).
Rates
  • NightsBridge provides your RACK Rates as entered in your NightsBridge Setup to Club Travel Corporate.
  • VAT and commission payable to Club Travel Corporate must be included in your rates.
Corporate allowances
  • Corporate allowances are enabled for Club Travel Corporate. The allowances can be added to bookings for those properties that cater for the allowances.

  • Commission is only calculated on the accommodation amount and not the corporate allowances.
Specials and packages
  • You can load and link Specials and Packages to Club Travel Corporate via your NightsBridge Setup.
  • Please note that Specials and Packages rates will also have the 15% commission charged on top of the discount.
Policies
  • The following policies you have set up on your NightsBridge are automatically applied to bookings made via Club Travel Corporate:
    • Cancellation policy
    • Child policy
    • Minimum length stay
