• Please sign up directly with WheretostayNamibia.
  

• Bookings can be made via instant Booking (NightsBridge).

• NightsBridge provides WheretostayNamibia with your content (descriptions and images) as set up on NightsBridge to create your listing.
• When your content or photos change, please contact WheretostayNamibia directly to update your listing.

Guests can choose  between EFT/Credit Card when booking depending on your deposit settings: 

• If EFT, the guest will pay the property directly.
• If a Payment Gateway is in place, the credit card will be automatically processed.
  

• The property needs to refund the guest directly.
  

• Namibia only.
• NAD only.

• Depending on the agreement with channel.

• NightsBridge provides your RACK Rates as entered in your NightsBridge Setup to WheretostayNamibia.
• VAT and commission payable to WheretostayNamibia must be included in your rates.

• Should you choose to, you can load and link Specials and Packages to WheretostayNamibia via your NightsBridge Setup.
• Please note that Specials and Packages rates will also have the agreed commission charged on top of the discount.
