Refunds

TravelGround will notify you directly if the guest needs to cancel their booking and whether or not a refund is due.

  • TravelGround handles refunds with guests, and resolves them directly with the property.
  • Refunds work according to your cancellation policy.
  • Cancel the booking on your calendar as soon as you have dealt with the cancellation/refund so this unit can be sold online again.
  • If TravelGround has already paid you for the booking and a refund is due, you will need to refund TravelGround who will then refund the guest.
  • Please contact TravelGround directly regarding any refund related queries.
