What do YOU need to do from here?

  • Any changes to your photos and content has to be updated on the website directly.
  • Load any specials and additional fees (admin, cleaning, breakage) on the website directly.
  • Respond to booking enquiries with a quote as quickly as possible.
    • Activate "Auto Quote" function if you don't want to manually respond to enquiries.
  • If a guest makes changes to a booking on TravelGround remember to update the booking in NightsBridge
  • TravelGround accepts Campsite room types

How booking payments work:

  • You pay 15% commission on bookings.
  • TravelGround takes a deposit payment from the guest (according to your policy) and pays this over to you minus their commission on the full amount.
  • TravelGround will either pay the deposit over to you once they've receive the funds, or 7 days before arrival, set this up on TravelGround directly.
  • The balance of the booking can either be taken by TravelGround or by you, set this up on TravelGround directly.
  • Any payment queries need to be taken up with TravelGround directly.
