Who books here?
  • The public (potential guests) book online.
How to sign up
  • Please sign up directly with WhereToStay.
Enquiries and bookings
  • Bookings can be made via instant Booking (NightsBridge).
Content: Listing
  • You will need to provide WhereToStay with your content (descriptions and images) so that they can create your listing.
  • When your content or photos change, please contact WhereToStay directly to update your listing.
Payments
  • There are a few different payment options for WhereToStay.
  • Please look at your booking notes for payment information.
Refunds

  • The property needs to refund the guest directly.
Countries/Currency
  • Currencies as set up in NightsBridge.
Commission
  • No commission.
  • There is a listing fee.
Rates
  • NightsBridge provides your RACK Rates as entered in your NightsBridge Setup to WhereToStay.
  • VAT and commission payable to WhereToStay must be included in your rates.
Specials and packages
  • Should you choose to, you can load and link Specials and Packages to WhereToStay via your NightsBridge Setup.
Policies

The policies you have set up in NightsBridge are automatically applied to bookings made via WhereToStay:

  • Deposit policy
  • Cancellation policy
  • Child policy
  • Minimum length stay

  • Contact NightsBridge if you would like to cancel your link to WhereToStay.
