• All payment related queries should go to Thompsons Holidays. 

• The property needs to refund Thompsons Holidays directly. 
• Thompsons Holidays will refund the guest.

• No commission as Thompsons Holidays requires STO rates.

• NightsBridge provides your STO Rates as entered in your NightsBridge Setup to Thompsons Holidays.

• Should you choose to, you can load and link Specials and Packages to Thompsons Holidays via your NightsBridge Setup.
• Please note that Specials and Packages rates will need to be negotiated with Thompsons Holidays.

The policies you have set up in NightsBridge are automatically applied to bookings made via Thompsons Holidays:

• Cancellation policy
• Child policy
• Minimum length stay
