Refunds

- The property needs to refund Thompsons Holidays directly.
- Thompsons Holidays will refund the guest.

- South Africa only.
- ZAR only.

| Commission |
- No commission as Thompsons Holidays requires STO rates.
|
Rates
|
- NightsBridge provides your STO Rates as entered in your NightsBridge Setup to Thompsons Holidays.

| Specials and packages |
- Should you choose to, you can load and link Specials and Packages to Thompsons Holidays via your NightsBridge Setup.
- Please note that Specials and Packages rates will need to be negotiated with Thompsons Holidays.
