SA Places: How it works

About
  • SA Places offers accommodation bookings on their website.
  • Properties must be Star Graded / AA Graded to list on this site.
Who books here?
  • The public (potential guests) book online.
How to sign up
  • Open your Owners Login >> Links >> Links Manager
  • Tick SA Places to request the link.
  • Once the listing has been created, they will receive your rates and availability for real-time bookings through NightsBridge.
Enquiries and bookings
  • Bookings are made via instant Booking (NightsBridge).
  • No same-day bookings are allowed through this site.
Content: Listing
  • SA Places does not accept Campsite room types
  • You will need to provide SA Places with your content (descriptions and images) so that they can create your listing.
  • When your content or photos change, please contact SA Places directly to update your listing.
Payments
  • The deposit is taken by SA Places.
  • SA Places deducts the deposit for the booking and pays it over to the property, less their commission. 
  • The property needs to invoice SA Places in order to get paid. 
  • All payment related queries should go to SA Places directly.
Refunds

  • The property needs to refund the guest directly.
Countries/Currency
  • South Africa.
  • ZAR.
Commission 15% (including VAT)
Rates
  • NightsBridge provides your RACK Rates as entered in your NightsBridge Setup to SA Places.
  • VAT and commission payable to SA Places must be included in your rates.
Specials and packages
  • Should you choose to, you can load and link Specials and Packages to SA Places via your NightsBridge Setup.
  • Please note that Specials and Packages rates will also have the 15% commission charged on top of the discount.

The policies you have set up in NightsBridge are automatically applied to bookings made via SA Places.
