• Tick Sleeping-OUT to request the link.
• Once Sleeping-OUThas created your listing, they will receive your rates and availability for real-time bookings through NightsBridge.

• Bookings can be made via instant Booking (NightsBridge) or Enquiry (Direct)

• Sleeping-OUT accepts Campsite room types
• NightsBridge provides the booking channel with your content (descriptions and images) as set up on NightsBridge, to create your listing.

• Booking channels are able to extract certain content elements from NightsBridge.
  If any of the details listed below are updated on NightsBridge, please contact the booking channel directly, requesting a listing update.

• Any other information must be added or communicated to the booking channel directly.

• The deposit is taken by Sleeping-OUT. 
• Sleeping-OUT deducts the deposit for the booking and pays it over to the property, less their commission. 
• The property needs to invoice Sleeping Out in order to get paid. 
• All payment related queries should go to Sleeping Out directly.

• The property needs to refund Sleeping-OUT directly. 
• Sleeping-OUT will refund the guest.

• Should you choose to, you can load and link Specials and Packages to Sleeping-OUT via your NightsBridge Setup.
• Please note that Specials and Packages rates will also have the 13.5% and 15% commission charged on top of the discount.

The policies you have set up in NightsBridge are automatically applied to bookings made via Sleeping-OUT:

• Deposit policy
• Cancellation policy
• Child policy
• Minimum length stay

• Contact NightsBridge if you would like to cancel your NightsBridge link to Sleeping-OUT.
• Contact Sleeping-OUT if you would like to remove your listing from their website.
