NightsBridge links to Sleeping-OUT through Free Listing on the Links Manager.

About	Sleeping-OUT offers accommodation bookings on their website.
Who books here?	The public (potential guests) book online.
How to sign up	Open your Owners Login >> Links >> Links Manager Tick Sleeping-OUT to request the link. Once Sleeping-OUThas created your listing, they will receive your rates and availability for real-time bookings through NightsBridge.
Enquiries and bookings	Bookings can be made via instant Booking (NightsBridge) or Enquiry (Direct)
Content: Listing	Sleeping-OUT accepts Campsite room types NightsBridge provides Sleeping-OUT with your content (descriptions and images) as set up on NightsBridge to create your listing. When your content or photos change, please contact Sleeping-OUT directly to update your listing.
Payments	The deposit is taken by Sleeping-OUT. Sleeping-OUT deducts the deposit for the booking and pays it over to the property, less their commission. The property needs to invoice Sleeping Out in order to get paid. All payment related queries should go to Sleeping Out directly.
Refunds	The property needs to refund Sleeping-OUT directly. Sleeping-OUT will refund the guest.
Countries/Currency	Botswana Kenya Lesotho Malawi Mauritius Mozambique Namibia South Africa Swaziland Tanzania Zambia Zimbabwe AUD - Australian Dollar EUR - Euro GBP - United Kingdom Pound USD - United States Dollar ZAR - South African Rand
Commission	Commission ranges between 13.5% and 15% per booking. (including VAT)
Rates	NightsBridge provides your RACK Rates as entered in your NightsBridge Setup to Sleeping-OUT. VAT and commission payable to Sleeping-OUT must be included in your rates.
Specials and packages	Should you choose to, you can load and link Specials and Packages to Sleeping-OUT via your NightsBridge Setup. Please note that Specials and Packages rates will also have the 13.5% and 15% commission charged on top of the discount.
Policies	The policies you have set up in NightsBridge are automatically applied to bookings made via Sleeping-OUT: Deposit policy Cancellation policy Child policy Minimum length stay
How to Cancel your link	Contact NightsBridge if you would like to cancel your NightsBridge link to Sleeping-OUT. Contact Sleeping-OUT if you would like to remove your listing from their website.
