You are able to opt-out of the Smart Flex reservations programme on Booking.com should you no longer want to receive Smart Flex bookings.

Removal of your listing from the Smart Flex reservation programme must be processed via the Booking.com Extranet for the specific listing.

Once you have accessed the Booking.com Extranet, please use the information provided below.

This information is directly from the Booking.com Partner Hub and will guide you through the process.

Remember:

Opting-out of the programme will stop you from receiving new bookings from this reservation programme.

Once opted out, you are still required to honour all existing bookings made via the Smart Flex booking programme.
