| Bookings |
- Bookings are made via instant Booking (NightsBridge).
|
Content: Listing
|
- NAA-SA does not create listing pages but rather your NightsBridge content is displayed in the booking tool during the booking process.
|
| Payments |
Guests can choose between EFT/Credit Card when booking depending on your deposit settings:
- If EFT, the guest will pay the property directly.
- If a Payment Gateway is in place, the credit card will be automatically processed.

Refunds
|
- The property needs to refund the guest directly.
|
| Countries/Currencies |
- South Africa only.
- ZAR only.
|
| Commission |
- As per your agreement with NAA-SA.
|
Rates
|
- NightsBridge provides your RACK Rates as entered in your NightsBridge Setup to NAA-SA.
- VAT and commission payable to NAA-SA must be included in your rates.

| Specials and packages |
- Should you choose to, you can load and link Specials and Packages to NAA-SA via your NightsBridge Setup.
- Please note that Specials and Packages rates will also have the agreed commission charged on top of the discount.
