All TravelIT payments can only be processed on the day of departure when you action the payment request. You will receive a daily email from NightsBridge reminding you to process payment if you have not done it.
Pre-payments are not possible.
Payment options for TravelIT
These are the different payment options for TravelIT that can be seen on the voucher that confirms the booking.

NightsBridge settles Full Billback
- Room (accommodation) and all allowances.

NightsBridge settles room and specified allowances.
- Room (accommodation) but not all allowances.
- NightsBridge settles - Long Stay
- Payment can be taken every 7 days in installments.
- You do not have to wait for date of departure.

Billback to agent
- Send the invoice for accommodation and allowances directly to TravelIT by email at [email protected] or [email protected] and CC the agent who made the booking in the email.

Settle Direct
- The guest will settle the full amount on departure.
How to process the payment on day of departure
- Click on the three lines on the blue bar (main menu) on the left side.
- Type or copy the NightsBridge Booking ID (NBID) in the search bar with no spaces.
- Click 'Go'.
The Booking and Payment status with details for that booking will open. Under the Heading 'Payment Transactions' click the button 'Click for Payment'.
Click the words that say "Click here for payment" on the email. The email is sent from [email protected].
The voucher confirming a TravelIT booking has a link that you can click on to get to the TravelIT payment page. You may need to scroll down to see the link.
This voucher can be found on the Payment and Booking Status using the steps above or in the TravelIT confirmation email that has a voucher link. Here are more steps in detail to assist you in downloading a TravelIT voucher.
Here is an example of what a voucher looks like that you should click on:
Register for TravelIT if this is your first visit to the site
Register for TravelIT if this is your first visit to the payment site by providing the required information.
If you have cleared your cookies and cache on your browser, use an alternative browser or you are using another computer, you will need to register again. This can also happen if your computer does updates.
Don't select "Username and Password Login" as this is not something used by properties.
- Enter your your first name.
- Enter your last name.
- Enter a mobile number you can get a SMS on.
- Enter your email address.
- Enter your ID number.
- Request one time pin.
The mobile number you enter must be a South African number as a one-time pin (OTP) will be sent to you via SMS to complete your User Registration.
- Enter the OTP (one-time pin).
- Make sure there are no spaces.
- Click on the button "Login with Pin."
If you hit 'Enter' on your keyboard after you type the One Time Pin into the field, this will send another One Time Pin which will make the pin you have entered invalid. This is why you need to click the button.
Fill in the payment page
The amounts that are authorised on the voucher will automatically be filled in on the payment page.
- You can add in the amounts for the accommodation, parking or extras that have been sent on the voucher. This can also be done if the agent asked you to add dinner or an extra that was not authorised on the voucher. If there is no parking or extras to be charged, input 0 into the those fields.
- Capture the "Invoice Total" amount.
- Click the Pay Now button.
- If the voucher isn't available for payment yet, an alert will pop up towards the bottom of the page with the date that it will becoming available. You can re-attempt payment on that date.

Payment processed by PayBridge
- PayBridge will swipe the corporate's credit card and pay you within 24-48 working hours. This is because TravelIT uses PayBridge to process payments.
- PayBridge deducts the following charges from the payment:
- 10% admin fee plus credit card, and bank transfer fees.
- A breakdown of payment received can be found on your Payment Recon.
How invoicing works
- NightsBridge will generate an invoice on your behalf and send it to TravelIT.
