How to initiate a chat with a guest

You can manually initiate a chat with your guest. 

Open Guest Chat

On your NightsBridge home, click on the Guest Chat icon in the blue menu on the left.

Go to Guests

  • The Guest Chat page will open on the GuestBook tab by default.
  • Click on the Guests tab.

Find the guest you want to intiate the chat with

Choose from the filters to find the guest.

  • Arrivals
  • In-house
  • Checked-out
  • Cancelled.  

Start the chat

Click Chat.

A chat with the guest will open.
