Guests can start a chat with you in Guest Chat and decide if they want to communicate via WhatsApp or WebChat. You will then be able to reply to the message from within your NightsBridge system.

- Click on Open Guest Chat icon from the main menu.
- Select a Guest.
The chat will open.
- Type your reply or send a quick reply.
- Click to Send your message.
