Guest Chat is a feature built directly into the NightsBridge system (not a third-party) that allows properties to quickly communicate with their guests.
How does Guest Chat work?
- Properties or their guests will initiate a chat.
- Guests have a choice of responding via email or WhatsApp.
- Properties will receive an email or WhatsApp notification to let them know of unread messages, where they would need to respond to the messages from within the NightsBridge system.
What are the benefits of Guest Chat?
- Properties can easily manage guest queries and conversations from a central hub in NightsBridge.
- The don't need to save each guest as a contact on their phones.
- Each guest will be linked to their relevant booking so properties don't have to remember which guest they're chatting to about which booking.
How much is Guest Chat?
Guest chat pricing is based on the number of rooms the property has linked on NightsBridge.
All prices exclude VAT:
- 1 - 5 Rooms = R195.00
- 6 - 9 Rooms = R235.00
- 10 - 19 Rooms = R390.00
- 20 - 24 Rooms = R780.00
- 25+ Rooms = R975.00
Guest chat billing will be on the property's NightsBridge invoice.
